We had our original dishwasher for a little over ten years. It was a builder-grade, came with the house washer, which was fine...for a while. Not only did it take forever to clean, the dishes themselves would end up spotty, or still stained. Dishwasher was easy to install and is straightforward to use. I like that I can raise the top rack to accommodate larger dishes on the bottom. The top utensil rack is very useful as it curves to accommodate serving spoons and ladles, unlike my last dishwasher. My only concern is the durability of the bottom rack. It seems a little flimsy and although I installed the dishwasher only 3 weeks ago, one of the prongs that holds up dishes is bent! However, that may be because I live in a household with 2 heavy-handed "manimals" who don't know the meaning of the word gentle. I'm hoping for durability and performance beyond 2 years with this dishwasher. We'll see.

So far I have used my dishwasher a handful of times and I have really enjoyed it. It™€™s very quiet and has many different modes for washing. I like the one hour wash. There is also an eco mode that™€™s great too; I don™€™t mind the dishes air drying. Of course you can elect to have the dishwasher dry as well. It has a cool under dishwasher light that glows blue and changes to white when it™€™s done.

Positives: I really like the optional bottle jets and the 3rd rack. The floor light to show where in the cycle the machine is is also nice. Negatives: it's not as quiet as I'd like and the cycles take longer than my previous machine.But overall I would recommend this dishwasher.

Love this dishwasher. It is very quiet. Have a studio in law apartment and run it at night and barely hear it. Absolutely love the 3rd rack. Silverware lines up perfectly and each one gets clean no more making sure the silverware doesn't get stuck together in the baskets so they don't clean properly
